Merry Harriers, Hambledon, Surrey

Gemma wrote to us to recommend the Merry Harriers: 

"There is a pub called the Merry Harriers in Hambledon, Surrey which has a camping field opposite the pub.

I'm not too sure of the toilet facilities as we used the loos in the pub, the campsite is a small field coming off the carpark, they are happy to have tents and campervans although there is no electrical hook up. There are trees on 3 sides of the field so your not over looking the (quiet) road. The pub is nice, quite modern inside-although the toilets are in need of some work, the staff are friendly and it has a lovely beer garden out the back. Its just down the road from Godalming which is a beautiful country town and well worth a visit (It's the location where 'The Holiday' was filmed)."
